Fix the Model Training "Select Source Folder"

When selecting a folder while there are existing data inside "csv Data" folder in the root directory, the Model Training toolbox will not be able to perform the task unless it was closed and opened again. This can be attributed to the delete() command in MATLAB being performed after the UI is no longer active. **It's possible that this issue could be fixed in future MATLAB release.**
