Add Jurisdiction Field to Development Pipeline Dataset & Update w/ Jurisdiction Name

The city name field in the development pipeline has a mixture of mailing city and physical city. We need to add a field and update that field with the physical jurisdiction where the a given project is located. Mailing city may be OK for geocoding purposes.
