Catch notifications from bullet

Bullet helps detect N+1 queries and unused eager_loading declarations.

Bullet uses UniformNotifier to send notifications to tools like Airbrake, LogFiles, XMPP, Slack, ,...

Could you consider adding RorVsWild as a notification target for UniformNotifier so Bullet notifications could be collected by RorVsWild ?
