Force close on Google Dialer

Bug Description: The Google Dialer app works, except when you select the call screening section. It shows for a brief split second, then force closes. Another notable mention, Zygist Module says missing, and is frozen at "waiting for app to start".. Even after manually opening both Google Photos & Google Camera. Due to this, I dont have any logs to give.

@Chaprnks Hi, please when the dialer it's open use adb logcat | find "dialer" (on windows) or adb logcat | grep "dialer" on Linux so you can capture that brief moment, and about the webui saying that isn't detected it's a control error, the system it's working, but isn't getting detected
