【future】Gipuzkoa's OSATU Service

I saw that Gipuzkoa's also has an OSATU service. Are you ready to integrate it into this lib

It doesn't seem a really complex service, but we don't have the need for it on any of our systems. So nowadays, there's no real planning on integrating this on the library.

But we are open to contributions.
