Approved mod list

There is already an approved mod list in the discord, but some users want it available on the site.
Structurally im not sure where it best fits, but any page that can have mods added to it by an admin.

Could be in docs, it's markdown, so it can be edited by anyone with a free github account. Linking the list here would be ideal, this way i can draft the first version that can later be iterated on
