Handicaps? #340
Description
One of my freinds is extremely good at balatro and we like to play balatro multiplayer together. Me and my other freinds unfortunately suffer from skill issue. it would be nice if we where somehow able to place a handicap on him while in the vs blinds. i have a few ideas on how you could do this but i dont really know how long it would take dev wise or anything like that.

Half mult and chips? it seems like a kinda lazy solution.

lower handsize? this doesnt seem like a good solution either. it seems limiting and unfun

block certain jokers and similar. if you where able to do stuff like block spectral cards or certain jokers for them specfically it might not be a bad idea. you could debuff it for just the versus blinds. you could also do stuff like disable glass cards and similar

make a score ceiling? you could make it scale to the blind. this also feels lame to me.
there are probably some better solutions. i feel personally like 3 is the best. it has the most customizability. i do think a mix of options would also be quite nice. for example you could cut how much mult is gained and also block the soul card from appearing.
