config.json is set to default value after server restart and mysql database is not written to #124

Hello,
after each restart of the server the config.json is written back to default values. I set the file to read-only, that helped. Also it does not seem to write to a mysql database. I have described the mysql.json, packed the mysqloo dll into the path (garrysmod/lua/bin/). nevertheless it is written to the sqlite file by default.
use steam workshop version.
