Spike Recorder gets glitchy

This is a feedback from our customer Brian, who encountered a glitchy screen in Spike Recorder. Uninstalling & installing again the software didn't help at all.

the issue is most probably connected with Graphic Card driver.
The driver update might came through Windows update or some other means.

We will need to know what is exact model of graphic card and driver version to provide detailed guide for solution.

Thanks on the info Stan. I asked the customer to get us the graph's info and forwarded him the link about intel's graph error.
