In New Contribution: doesn't announce contributions with weird characters or too much text. #66
Description
When a contribution's description has 7343 characters and above, or when it contains odd UNICODE characters (example: http://pastebin.com/8tc2rUXZ), the submit button is pressable and a green notification is displayed, saying the contribution has been submitted successfully, but no announcement is made. The contribution does get added to the project, and can be seen on the project's status screen.
