Simplify DepotDownloader Usage

Currently we need reflection to access internal members to download multiple depot versions within one login session
As I understand, SteamRE/DepotDownloader#234 will introduce a better input system that should be able to parse multiple versions at once.

• Migrate to System.CommandLine SteamRE/DepotDownloader#234
• Simplify usage
