Reproducing Amphotericin B spaghetti diagram: Change module 1 to Loading module, KS subtype, and stereochemistry #35

Hi, thanks for building this automation tool so I don't need to draw this manually! I am new to this field and I want to inquire a bit regarding the natural product biosynthesis. I am trying to redraw the biosynthesis of Amphotericin B (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1074552101000461#FIG3, Figure 3) because the drawing is not in high resolution.

I would like to ask if there is a way to change the first module as a "loading module" instead of "module 1" as the default.

Furthermore, I would also like to ask if the stereochemistry of the hydroxy or methyl group can be changed to the one similar in the paper.

Lastly, the paper mentioned that the ketosynthase of the AmphA gene (KSS domain) has a serine residue in place of the conserved active site cysteine. Is there a corresponding subtype out of the 50 subtype in the code? I can't find any drawing of the 50 subtypes in the code, so it's difficult for me to determine which one is the correct one.

Attached is also the code and image in case you need to look through. Thanks in advance!
