Entities become default. #133
Description
I don't know if it's a bug or it's unavoidable for integration, but when you install a new version, reloads even (reinstall is logical), entities return to their original name, original icon... It doesn't take up a lot of time but it's somewhat annoying, because If you usually rename them break cards, autos or scripts.
In case it is avoidable, report it as a failure for an improvement at this point.
