[Question/Configuration/Bug?] Unable to Add Forces from `Warhammer Fantasy 8th ed` folder

Hello! I've recently installed BattleScribe 2.03.21 for the first time and am struggling to add forces from the Warhammer fantasy 8th ed folder. I've downloaded whfb.latest.bsi and can see the files I would expect in C:\Users\{me}\BattleScribe\data\Warhammer Fantasy 8th ed but when I create a new roster and click Add Force the popup Add Force modal doesn't appear.

I can add forces from different editions (7th, 4th) from this repo and have also had success adding forces from https://github.com/Ergofarg/Warhammer-Fantasy-6th-edition/releases.

Any guesses on what's going wrong?
