I am trying to use the symtrap function in Joint track machine learning, but it seems like the function does not optimize on the right point of the femur. (See pictures) I already tried loading in de stl files in different rotations and with different translations, and thing are changing but i cannot seem to get it right. Could you help me out with this problem?
