[Feature request] Item output to side config option

If you can choose which direction (above or from side) you want to utilize to output items as modpack developers, you can make some additional challenges to players to make throughput optimal with his logistic abilities (also to plan it with fluid in mind if #2 will be accepted).
For regular players this feature doesn't do anything itself - they need to have a reason to enable it in config (make logistic a little more complex, make it compatible with other mods' things etc)

Don't see a way to adapt the miner model to allow side outputs (as in, the miner itself ejects the items).
However, I could allow extraction from all sides as long as some other BE performs the extraction. Also, I could add a config option that disables miner from actively pushing out items (potentially changing its model to not have a funnel at the top).

It will work too, I think. Everything else will be a balance question and could be fine-tuned by modpack maker
