Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE]

When trying to install with either shizuku, adb install, or pm install, I get an error that says I can't install the SMT app, because it is a older version of the file. How can I resolve this?

I am facing the same error as MR Fort-P did anybody find any working solution to it?
