Strip CDATA blocks out of Concepts table

This could be done in the database with PHP, or alternatively by a script that modifies files in docker/postgres/data/*.txt.

@r03ert0 has a function in brainspell.php, and will try to sanitize the Concepts table using PHP.

@jbpoline can you check with @r03ert0 to see if this has been done and if we should get a new dump of the mysql database?

Also, this style of dump is much easier to work with programmatically:

$ mysqldump -u root -p --tab=/var/lib/mysql-files brainspell
