Allow a version to be re-published under other branch

As a mod published I would like to re-publish a version under another branch. A good example is RealityMod. Here we create qa and "early access builds. These two branches can only be accessed by certain people. It would be nice if an early access build could be re-published under the "latest" branch so server owners can directly use a build we made for early access
