Hello! I've searched the documentation for Room Management and have not found any mention of when the facility is rented out to a non-church or ministry events.
It would be nice to have that option like on EMS where the facility in the campus can be rented out for non-church events. Each rooms can have an attribute for pricing, when a request to book a room from an outside/non-church event, the facility management staff is able to send a proposal (template) based on the selected resources offered with a contract (template) to the requester.
Additionally, added a pricing for each room can also beneficial for both internal church event or rental to get a projection report each year. Something like, if we monetize the rooms, this would be the income.
