Set Default Time for Reservations #74
Description
It would be helpful to be able to set a default time for reservations. Currently, when entering times on the schedule picker, clicking the "clock" icon will auto-fill 12:00 am. This leads to users inadvertently submitting reservations for times like 12:00 am or 4:00 am that should be 12:00 pm or 4:00 pm. The ability to set a default time different from 12:00 am might help prevent this confusion somewhat.
