Cancelled Room Reservations not removing resources #65

When we have a user cancel a reservation that has resources attached, it does not remove the resources and only partially cancels the room. This keeps it on our room reservations dashboard and stays on the printout for our faciliteis team.
Expected Behavior
When a reservation is cancelled, it also cancels the resources and rooms attached.
Actual Behavior
Holds the resources and rooms in the reservation and just cancels the reservation itself

Create room reservation with resources
Cancel reservation without removing resources
