Add the autogenerated gain/loss column to the table

The gain/lost field should display a derived value:

1. if buy: gain/lost = total * -1 (negative transaction)
2. if mined+staked: gain/lost = total (positive transaction)
3. if sell: gain/lost = total - basis (positive or negative)
