Update edit UI for the `type` field

An easier and more consistent way of entering the transaction type. There are 4 primary types of transactions:

1. Buy
2. Sell
3. Mined
4. Staked

For the UI, I'm thinking something much prettier that looks roughly like this:

Note: we will need to ensure these are all part of the tab order and handle keyboard input for selections
