Next/Previous arrows display error in Chrome

Description

At the bottom of the New + Noteworthy page, the "Next >>" and "<< Previous" text does not quite line up with the buttons:

This happens in Chrome. The buttons display correctly in Firefox and Edge:

Expected behaviour

The "Next" and "Previous" text is within the borders of the button.

Actual behaviour

The "Next" and "Previous" text are slightly misaligned with the buttons.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to the New + Noteworthy page in Chrome: https://tlpd.bccampus.ca/new-noteworthy/
2. Scroll down to see "Next" button
3. Select Next to see page 2 and "Previous" button
