Outdated oav package version causing incorrect validation errors #86
Description
The oav package version is outdated, therefore potentially causing incorrect validation errors.
The package is limited to ^0.22.9, whereas the current version is 2.11.3, for example.
This issue causes failed Swagger ModelValidation checks for Pull Requests in azure-rest-api-specs/azure-rest-api-specs-pr. For example, this PR shows 6 ModelValidation errors, however when running oav validate-example on the Swagger spec locally (using the latest oav version) there are no errors.
