upgrade protobuf version to > 3.4.0 #24

There is a security alert regarding the protobuf version in the tinykube repository. You can find more details here:

After reviewing the dependency, I discovered that the issue can only be resolved by upgrading the "opentelemetry-prometheus" and "prometheus" packages used by the otel-lib version 0.1.0 in the Otel-lib repository.
Could you please confirm if these upgrades can be performed?
