Adding dataset from AI Assistant tab with `date` or `time` are set as `string` in the pipeline json

When AI Assistant tab is used to add the dataset to the staging tab, and if the dataset contains column of type `date` or `time`, the pipeline json generated have the type set as `string`. This changes the intent of the column and then the sql queries to compare dates and time do not work.
