Fix: 'Import Sample Data' doesn't process null fields properly

While using 'Import Sample Data' for /example/data/parking-sensors/layer_0.csv, the rows with null values cannot be correctly processed.
As shown below, for row #8, #9, the second and the third column should be filled with null.
