React 19 is not supported

Describe the bug; what happened?
React 19 is not supported when I install the ui library.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Install the library and observe warnings from package manager.

What behavior did you expect?
That react 19 is supported.

Is there any additional information?

Fluent UI seems to support React 19 now. But it has done for quite a bit. So migrating to the new version would be possible now.

I did comment on #5736, but it was closed due to it being blocked by fluent ui. Now that is not the case anymore I opened a new issue again.
