CallComposite - ul/li bullet decoration shown for device lists

Describe the bug; what happened?
Camera and Microphone device lists are shown with the bullet decoration visible in the UI.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Start a call and check available camera/microphone devices.

What behavior did you expect?
The list of devices should not show the list decorations.

• @azure/communication-react npm package version (if applicable): [e.g. 1.3.0]

• import { CallComposite } from '@azure/communication-react';

• OS & Device: macOS Sequoia, 15.7.2 (24G325)

• Browser: Brave 1.84.132 (Official Build) (arm64), Chromium: 142.0.7444.60
