Record demo video for a contributor/maintainer of BenchPress #284
Description
I would like to record a demo that will be targeted towards a contributor/maintainer of BenchPress in order to demo the current state of BenchPress and the knowledge they will need in order to contribute to and/or maintain BenchPress. This issue is dependent on #245 and #285 completion.
Upload to video to Benchpress teams channel for now.

- How CI/CD process works (Github actions and workflow yaml files)
- General underlying logic of PowerShell module
- Any documentation that may be useful for contributors
