No-Permission after re-join the chat room

User siyzhe cannot leave the room, report NoPermission

Permission control is not completed yet. For now only room creator has the permission to remove member from group. So it's a expected behaviour for now.

so after re-joining, the user is not creator anymore? The user leave and re-join, then loses permission

Not aware of the user is the original room creator before. If so, he shouldn't lose permission and it's a bug.
