Missing azure/core/configuration ?

There is
require "azure/core/configuration"
in lib/azure/core/auth/authorizer.rb

But there is no lib/azure/core/configuration.rb in repository. Is it error?

I simply delete lib/azure/core/auth/authorizer.rb to prevent unmet.
