Provide a drop-down for the Lustre profile where the MDS/OSS SKU/disks are automatically set. This should be:
- Ephemeral Small: Dv4
- Ephemeral Large: Lv2
- Persistent Premium: Dv4 + Premium disk
- Persistent Standard: Dv4 + Standard disk
The details for the size/bandwidth per OSS should be shown
