Support hard links in BLOB storage #11

Describe the feature
Add a new metadata item, hardlink, to the BLOB with a UUID as the value. This should be the same for all of the hard links. This will not stop the file being uploaded multiple times but, when being imported, the tool can check all hardlinks in the tree and create them as hard links on the filesystem if the UUIDs match.
