Enable customers to compare multiple runs over times

writing of metadata from ML GH actions to logs or writing them to Cosmos DB or equivalent and allow comparisons of multiple such generated data. These data needs to be bubbled up in GH page in context of repo.

What kind of solution are you envisioning?
Is this not something that should be added to a separate Action? From our point of view the user can write back the output to wherever they want (e.g. GitHub Fastpages).
We could probably provide a template that shows how you can write back information to a private Fastpages page, which can then be used to compare results.
