Target containers running with "runAsNonRoot: true" security context #641

Remote agent container is unable to start when target container has runAsNonRoot: true security context set.
Describe the solution you'd like
Remote agent and restoration job are able to run in the environments where runAsNonRoot: true is enforced by policy.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We successfully tested custom builds of remote agent and restoration job running as non root (Dockerfile attached below). While it is possible for us to use and maintain these custom builds, it would be preferable to have it supported out of the box.
