AzureR dir is not correctly created on Windows

The path of the AzureR seems to be compromised. I was able to reproduce this on at least five different Windows machines.

This results in tokens not being stored correctly and the user needing to reauthenticate again multiple times.
A workaround is to manually create the directory, but I guess the constructed path needs to be fixed for Windows systems.
