[BUG] Arc Connection failed with error: < was unexpected at this time

Describe the bug
Getting this error when trying to setup AKS Edge with the QuickStart script:

AIO-QuickStart failed with error: Arc Connection failed with error : < was unexpected at this time.
at file: AksEdgeQuickStartForAio.ps1, line: 180

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Happening when I got to step 6 of the guide found here

When invoking this command:
.\AksEdgeQuickStartForAio.ps1 -aideUserConfigfile .\aio-aide-userconfig.json -aksedgeConfigFile .\aio-aksedge-config.json

Expected behavior
Expected the Arc enabled cluster to be deployed
