Compliance math is incorrect - needs to work for empty config.json #39
Description
Can you provide a beginning config.json for the APP so that nothing gets checked and the compliance is 100% because there was nothing to check.
In the Passed checks section, it ia correctly marked as passed checks because there were none, but the compliance should also be 100% or state no compliance was configured.
