Which are going to be the states of the package?

@Israel-Laguan We need to define which are going to be the states of the package

I propose

• ready: the origin company makes it available for the dasher to pick up.
• collected: the dasher has added to his shortlist of packages but is not delivering it, because is delivering other package or just idle.
• in_travel: the dasher said he is delivering it and is searching for the address provided.
• destination_reached : the dasher says he is in the provided location or near.
• delivery_confirmed: the client confirmed he got the package.
• delivery_rejected: the client has rejected the package or an issue happens that prevents the dasher from delivering the package.
• rated: the client has rated the delivery.

there is a "Reportar" button on Dasher design, also I think the Client's app should have it:

The user will need use their personal information too to report the package?. For us to be able to know that the user is the one who is really reporting it

I think reporting should be done in confirm page, after the user verified the RUT.
