Enhance Login Page Styling and Add User Login Option

Currently, the login page has a very basic layout. This issue aims to enhance the login page by styling it with a more visually appealing design, consistent with the admin dashboard. The improvements will include better layout, colors, typography, and possibly adding a separate login button for regular users alongside the admin login.
