Improve Readme

Enhancement :

The current project layout appears disorganized, with many files and modules in the root directory. For better maintainability and readability, I would like to:

Create a clear folder structure (/src, /public, /models, /routes, etc.)
File Structure - Project Tree
Move related files into respective folders

Add a codebase tree view in the README.md for easy navigation

Add a 'How to contributor' session

This will help contributors and new developers understand the project structure faster.

Thanks to contributor graph animated will look good instead of the current one
