Add foul tracking and warning system for players

Description:
This feature introduces a foul tracking system to the KnockOutZone project. It allows tournament admins to record fouls committed by individual players during matches. The system will:

Define clear rules and types of fouls.

Keep a count of fouls for each player.

Automatically issue warnings to players when foul thresholds are reached.

Apply penalties or fines based on the number of fouls.

Display foul status and warnings on player profiles and dashboards.

This addition will help maintain fair play, improve discipline during tournaments, and provide admins with better control over player behavior.

To implement the foul tracking, status display, and punishment system, I will:

Extend the database to store detailed foul records for each player, including the date, type of foul, and any penalties applied.

Create backend API endpoints that fetch a player’s foul history, current foul status (e.g., Warning, Penalty, Disqualified), and any active punishments.

Update the player profile page in the UI to show:

A clear summary of the player’s current foul status and any active punishments.

A detailed list or table displaying previous fouls with information such as dates and types of fouls.

Add summary views on the admin dashboard to provide quick access to foul counts, current statuses, and allow admins to inspect individual foul histories and punishment records.

Implement a structured punishment mechanism where players receive warnings, fines, or suspensions based on the number and severity of fouls committed. This includes:

Automatically assigning penalties such as fines or temporary suspensions when foul thresholds are reached.

Applying progressive discipline, increasing punishments for repeat offenses to encourage better behavior.

Ensure the UI updates in real-time or on page refresh to reflect new fouls, status changes, and punishments during tournaments.

This system will give both players and admins clear visibility into foul activities and penalties, promoting transparency and fairness. It ensures accountability by holding players to consistent standards and helps maintain the integrity of tournaments by discouraging misconduct and fostering a respectful, competitive environment.
