Additional documentation on `update_sim()` and `update_sim_on_cluster()`

We should add info on update_sim() to the "Advanced usage" docs page and add info on update_sim_on_cluster() to the "Parallelization" page.

This should include a description of "subsetting" a simulation by removing levels and/or reps.
