Jetpack Dependencies: Update wording to reflect new Jetpack settings

The current user-facing wording in the notification box needs to be updated to better match the current Jetpack settings screens.

For example, the wording refers to modules, when Jetpack no longer refers to/organizes its settings in that way.

As another example, the wording talks about activating the Custom Content Types module for portfolio projects and testimonials, when testimonials and portfolios are now broken down individually:

A full audit should be done and all the necessary wording tweaked.

Looking at the .pot file that's generated, the strings generated by the code are basically some variation of:

"The Jetpack plugin is necessary to use some of this theme’s features, including: Site Logo (no specific module needed), Testimonials (Custom Content Types module). Please activate Jetpack by WordPress.com. Activate [Link to active plugin]"

"The Jetpack plugin is necessary to use some of this theme’s features, including: Site Logo (no specific module needed), Testimonials (Custom Content Types module). Please install Jetpack by WordPress.com. Install [Link to install plugin]"

"To use Portfolios, please activate the Jetpack plugin’s Custom Content Types module."

"To use Testimonials, please activate the Jetpack plugin’s Custom Content Types module."

The Jetpack docs still seem to refer to the 'Activate' button in sections I checked, but I did see 'enabled' used both in Jetpack and WordPress.com docs for different features. What do you think about something like the following for these messages?

"The Jetpack plugin is necessary to use some of this theme’s features, including: Site Logo (enabled automatically), Testimonials (enable Testimonial Custom Content Type). Please activate Jetpack by WordPress.com. Activate [Link to active plugin]"

"To use Portfolios, please activate the Jetpack plugin’s Portfolio Custom Content Type."

"To use Testimonials, please activate the Jetpack plugin’s Testimonial Custom Content Type."

Oh, and there's this one:

"To use Testimonials or Portfolios, please activate the Jetpack plugin’s Custom Content Types module."

Maybe:

"To use Testimonials or Portfolios, please activate the Jetpack plugin’s Testimonial Custom Content Type and Portfolio Custom Content Type, respectively."
