[Bug /question]: Unika Encore damage buff

What happened?

I have a question regarding Encore.
Here's an imaginary example:
Unika uses C&P against Dipking, dealing 160 damage.
After that, Unika uses Encore (1), dealing 200 damage, and then another (2), dealing 250 damage.
Let's assume that Dipking dodges the first simple C&P attack with Dodge, and avoids the first Encore with Slippery Skin.
In this case, is it correct that the third attack is buffed and deals 250 damage?

Expected Behavior

I am just not entirely sure whether a buff should still be applied after a dodged attack since it didn't cause any damage, so there's nothing to buff.
