[Bug]: Skydrop overcharged, probably TU problem

What happened?

I used an overcharged Skydrop with 51 Hype (9+42), but the TU cost was only ~2 TUs.
I suspect it should have been higher.

Maybe my math is incorrect, but I believe:

• My ZZoo INI is 86%, which is equivalent to 107 INI.
• A regular Skydrop attack costs me ~6.5 TUs.
• An overcharged Skydrop with 51 Hype boosts my INI to 107+(42*2) = 191 INI.
• This is a 191/107 = 1.785x boost.
• Therefore, the TU cost should be around 6.5/1.785 = ~3.64 TUs.

Expected Behavior

I suspect this attack should have cost me more than 2 TUs.
