Please add project setup instructions #4
Description
There are no instructions for setting up the Visual Studio project on a new machine. Important things to cover would be:
- Compatibility information (e.g. which versions of VS to use)
- Required software / dependencies (e.g. WIX Toolset)
- Special instructions after cloning the repo, if any
- Where to start ( Solutions / ESME Workbench / ESME Workbench.sln ?)
- Special build instructions, if any
